Belvedere Building is a residential block located on the limits of the historic center of the city of Manizales is an impressive building that spans L on the block, creating two main entrances that provide easy access for residents and visitors alike. One entrance is located on 32nd Street, while the other is on 23rd Street, creating a seamless flow of pedestrian traffic throughout the building. 

The first floor of the building is configured with commercial spaces, which are free-flowing, connecting the building with a separate platform on which a commercial area is developed. This unique configuration provides easy access for shoppers and encourages foot traffic, making it an ideal location for business owners looking for prime retail space.

The building features two different apartment typologies, each designed to adapt to the needs of the user. These apartments are spacious and comfortable, providing residents with a relaxing and modern living space. The exterior of the building features a large square that connects pedestrians to the rest of the context, emphasizing the access to the project.
